PLEASE, NOTE, THIS CALENDAR IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION. WE ARE TESTING IT AND IT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY YET.
Please, keep in mind:
The minimum number of appointments is 2 slots, this means you should not book an appointment of 30 minutes only. It must be 1h at least.
BOOKING CONDITIONS – READ BEFORE BOOKING
– To book an appointment, fill in the form (including your telephone number) and select 60 minutes (minimum booking). After booking the appointment, you will receive a confirmation email.
Once you’ve received the email, please, make the payment by Bizum (phone: +34 660 312 067) or bank transfer (please, contact me for this option). You must know the booking is not confirmed until you make the payment and I receive the confirmation of that payment. Please, wait until I confirm your booking is correct.
– Appointments will only be valid if they are paid and confirmed by me. If an appointment is booked but not paid, that/those slot(s) will be available for another person until you pay them, and availability is not guaranteed.
– Appointments must have been paid before their starting time. If an appointment is booked and not paid, there will not be a connexion at the starting time.
– Bookings last 1 hour at least (60 minutes) which must be in one block. If you only book 30 minutes, somebody can book the same time as you. Make sure you book 60 minutes at least.
– Before booking several slots in different weeks in a row, please contact me.
– In case you couldn’t attend your appointment, please notify in advance. We’ll see how to proceed and we’ll try our best to reschedule your appointment without any extra charge on your side (always according to my availability).
– In the event of several booking changes or cancellations coming from a student, I’ll reserve the right to refund the appointment cost or to cancel all their appointments.
– Punctuality is requested. Please, make sure you have everything ready before hand for a proper functioning of the class. Check everything works correctly.
– Using a computer or laptop is recommended (a tablet or a smartphone is less recommended), a headset, a microphone, a webcam (optional) and a good and stable internet connexion either by cable or Wi-Fi. Knowing how to manage the video conferencing software is highly recommended.
– If the student cannot get connected to the class for an unknown reason or because the connexion or the equipment is not good then costs will not be refunded. Make sure your internet connexion is good and that you have a good equipment before booking an appointment.
– Please, don’t send images, exercises nor corrections via WhatsApp, Telegram or any similar application. Use email and, in case of sending a text, send it as a Word, PDF or so. Don’t send pictures of your text. Don’t send audio files via WhatsApp.
– Please, only contact me on the opening hours from Monday to Friday.
